Who you are? What is ReStyleGraphic?

The ReStyleGraphic is an Art shop and Blog independent artist Viki Yakubouskaya (hi, it's me:-) ) I create projects for art, home decor, stationery and other lovely things of your life. For more information, please visit About page. All designs are printed on items individually for you and sent from the United States around the world.


How do you create and produce your items?

Each design created by me in my home studio, the items are made to order for you in the United States and shipped from the US (excluding greeting cards). 

Paper prints - I print on heavyweight 200 gsm matte cartridge paper, using Epson high-quality inks for vibrant, long-lasting color. Printing result is really clear and bright colors as pictured.

Canvas prints - My gallery wrapped canvas are printed on a high-quality canvas (300 gsm white canvas) and hand wrapped.

Pillows - The polycotton fleece is a fabric often used for sweatshirts, blankets and other cozy things, so it’s really perfect for pillows! Pillows are powered by a textile printer, cut and sewn by hand, made to order.

Greeting cards - I use a thick white matte 300 gsm paper and original ink from the best manufacturers - Epson. Each card is made by hand and has a little damage to the paper fold. Thus, you see at once the cards really are handmade. Ship from Belarus (Europe).

How much time is necessary for the production?

All orders are made to order for you and I need 1-5 business days for production (the average time of 2 days). But do not hesitate to contact me if you needed an order as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

Standard shipping for US orders -  3-5 days usually, international orders take between 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location. 

Some orders for European residents are sent from Latvia (EU).

What are the delivery charges for orders from ReStyleGraphic?

I offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. Please check the shipping rates for specific items in your shopping cart.

Do I have to register to buy?

No, it is not required. You can buy as a guest. However, if you register, you'll have access to your account on this website to track your orders directly on the site, add items to your wishlist, edit your address and more. To make registration easier, you can login/register with Facebook.

Do the colors of the actual designs look like the images I see online?

I have made every effort to ensure fidelity between the images you see on the site and the final items. However, since the colors you see depend on your computer monitor settings, I cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate. Many of my clients think they look even better in person.

Do you offer framing for prints?

I offer white and black frames for paper prints. Please check each print description.

Do you offer custom orders?

I accept custom orders, just contact me via the contact form on the right or click “Request a custom order” on any product page.

Which payment methods are accepted in ReStyleGraphic?

I accept PayPal, as well Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover and many other credit and debit cards via PayPal (you should not have a PayPal account). 

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Note: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature. If you run into any trouble or have any questions about PayPal's Guest Checkout, please contact me.

How secure is shopping in the ReStyleGraphic? Is my data protected?

Your online payment is handled securely by PayPal using the latest encryption methods. We don't keep any records of your credit card information on file.

What exactly happens after ordering?

All items will be sent with tracking number. You will receive a tracking number to your email when an order will ship.

How will my order be packed?

I put a lot of effort to deliver your orders safely. All paper goods are packed in a recycled cardboard folder or strong tubes and envelopes with a plastic layer that your orders are delivered safely. Pillows, tote bags, etc. will come in a plastic bag and cardboard box, if necessary, for better safety.

What is ReStyleGraphic’s return policy?

If your order is damaged or something is wrong, don't worry! please take an image and send it to me immediately. I'll arrange a replacement.

I accept an unconditional return. You can return your order for any reason in its original packaging and in their original condition within 14 days after the arrival. If you do not contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, I will assume you are happy and the transaction will be finalized.

In a case of returns, I will refund item price only, I won't be able to refund shipping. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and make sure that the item makes it back in the original condition.

Please note, I accept return only to my address in Belarus (Europe - not EU).

If your order is returned to me by the postal service as they were unable to deliver it, then I'll be happy to ship your order again however you will have to pay the shipping costs again. Please email us for details.

Will I be charged tax for my order?

Different states have different taxes. Please note all taxes and customs fees is the buyer's responsibility.


How do I redeem my promo code?

You can enter your promo code during the payment step of the checkout process.

Do you offer gift cards?

I offer a gift cards. You can use the code for the gift card as well as the promo code. Please note, the cost of the gift card is applied to the cost of goods, it does not apply to postage.
