Please read our frequently asked questions before contacting us.

  • Our art prints, pillows, bags, postcards, phone cases, etc. are printed/ sewn and shipped from the USA.
  • Original paintings and graphics are sent from Belarus (Europe).
  • Digital seamless patterns for licensing will be available for download immediately after order placement.
  • Standard shipping for US orders –  3-5 days usually, international orders take between 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location.
  • Since original paintings and graphics are shipped from Belarus (Europe), shipping can take 1-4 weeks worldwide depending on location.

We offer standard shipping for most orders, as well as expedited shipping for some. Please check shipping rates in your shopping cart.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

All items will be shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a tracking number in your email when the order is shipped. Digital files become available for download immediately after purchase.

Yes. How it works:

1. Go to the Contact page and get in touch for details. We will get back to you within an hour usually.

2. When the design is ready (usually takes no more than 2 business days), you will receive the image for approval.

3. Once the design is approved, we will ask you to make payment.

4. We will be happy to print and send the art print to you!

The digital files will be available for download immediately after you place your order.

We accept card payment (Visa, Maestro, MasterCard) and PayPal.

Your online payment is processed securely through PayPal or Authorize.net payment gateways using the latest encryption methods. We do not keep your credit card information on file.

Different states and countries have different taxes and customs duties. Some taxes will be added to the amount of the item before payment. Other taxes and duties you will pay when you receive your order in your country. Please note that all taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Enter your promo code at the payment step of the checkout process.

We offer gift cards. You can use a gift card code just like a promo code. Please note, the cost of the gift card refers to the cost of the item only, not the postage.

If your order is damaged or something is wrong, don’t worry. Take a picture of the product and packaging on the day you receive your package and contact us. We will arrange for a replacement.

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately via contact form or email viki@restylegraphic.com You have 14 days to contact us.

Products made to order, like picture frames, textiles, custom and personalized orders, cannot be returned. However, we will send you a replacement immediately if there is something wrong with them.
You will get your money back when the item comes to us. The shipping cost will not be refunded and you will also have to pay the shipping cost to us.
